Two Sun Fast 3300 will participate in a mythic race, with international importance: the Rolex Fastnet

Jeanneau continues the development program of its new racing sailboat  and its participation at the prestigious European summer races by lining up two Sun Fast 3300 at the famous race, with international importance, the 2019 Rolex Fastnet.

This mythic sailboat race will take place from the 3rd  to the 9th of August, 2019, between Cowes and Plymouth, in the Irish sea. It’s organized by the renowned Royal Ocean Racing Club.

The Sun Fast 3300 #1 “Sapristi” will be skippered by Luce Molinier and Alexandre Ozon while the Sun Fast 3300 #3 “Fastrack XII” from Sea Ventures, our dealer, will be skippered by Hannah Diamond and Henry Bomby.

Luce Molinier is an offshore specialist and performs on many supports, from Mini 6.50 to Figaro 3. Alexandre Ozon knows the IRC circuit particularly well, for winning many races.

Hannah Diamond went through the Olympic process and more recently through the offshore with the Volvo Ocean Race. Henry Bomby, for his part, has a Figaro trail and also participated in the Volvo Ocean Race.

Although the 2024 Olympic Games Offshore trial is still a long way off, Luce Molinier, Hannah Diamond and Henry Bomby began their training aboard the Sun Fast 3300.
