Some twenty European and American prospective customers participated in exclusive test sails of the JEANNEAU 54 and the JEANNEAU 64. Accompanied by their dealers and by members of the Jeanneau crew, customers enjoyed good conditions while sailing in the Bay of Palma aboard the two crown jewels of the Jeanneau Yachts line.
The “traditional” Owner’s Rendezvous welcomed some fifty people who had come from locations around the world to sail all weekend and to enjoy some special moments together in a friendly, sporty atmosphere!
On Friday evening, an elegant fleet composed of six Jeanneau 64s, the flagship of the line, were anchored in the Marina Moll Vell, facing the iconic cathedral of Palma. The crew attended a chart briefing and prepared for the next day’s rally, after gathering around an opening cocktail!
On Saturday morning, in spite of an uncertain weather report, the fleet of Jeanneau Yachts took to sea, escorted by the Committee Boat and the RIB tender. The sailors were able to spar over the two legs of the rally, which led to some impressive skirmishes immortalised by photos and video.
In the evening, after a full day of sailing, owners gathered around a festive dinner. All participants appreciated the chance to come together and to sail in this special event, fully benefiting from their Jeanneau 64s.
At the weekend’s close, everyone wished each other a warm “’Til next year!” before returning to their home ports.
We would like to wish a special thanks to all our participants and to our partners.
We look forward to seeing you again at the next Jeanneau Yachts Owner’s Rendezvous, with an even larger fleet, including additional models of the Jeanneau Yachts line.
