SUN FAST 3200 WINS THE 2016 BREWIN DOLPHIN COMMODORES' CUP!

For amateur sailboat racers, this race takes place every two years in the waters of the Solent and the English Channel. Featuring varied race formats, this regatta unfolds over the course of an entire week and tests the trained crews of three boats. This year was particularly intense, with strong ocean currants and sustained winds.

Ten years after the last French victory, the “France Bleu” team has won the 2016 race. The French team, delivering a consistently strong performance throughout the race, was composed of three sailboats:

  • “Cifraline 4” (Sun Fast 3200, skippered by Daniel Andrieu)
  • “Teasing Machine” (A13, skippered by Eric de Turkheim);
  • “Goa” (Ker 39, skippered by Samuel Prietz).

We would like to congratulate the crews on this beautiful accomplishment!
